A local community hub for Spalding
Welcome to our Spalding Wellbeing Hub, where a warm welcome awaits as soon as you step through our doors. Located conveniently within walking distance from the town centre and close to bus and train connections, our site is easily accessible, including ample parking right beside the building. Accessibility is a core feature of our hub, with the entire facility designed to be wheelchair friendly, featuring no step access and equipped with two disabled toilets.
Tonic Health staff can always be easily identified through branded navy clothing and are always on hand to assist to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all. The building is outfitted with free refreshments, Wi-Fi and activities.

Group values are in place to ensure everyone feels safe, respected, and welcome. By attending this group, you agree to follow these values and help create a supportive environment for all. Who you see here – what you hear here – when you leave here, let it stay here.
- Treat everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect. Be non-judgmental and accept differences. Treat others how you would like to be treated.
- Give everyone the chance to speak without interruption. Do not exclude others from conversations. Respect different views, even when they differ from your own. Please avoid discussions around politics or religion.
- Be mindful of how you speak – ask yourself: Is it kind? Is it helpful? Do not gossip or speak negatively about others. Try not to take offence; misunderstandings happen.
-
What is shared in the group stays in the group, unless permission is given or there is a concern about safety.
- Aggressive, abusive, intimidating, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated. Swearing must not be directed at others. Drugs, alcohol, or inappropriate items are not allowed.
- Behavior that causes distress or makes others feel unsafe will be addressed. Repeated inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave the group.
