Farewell 2025:

As we begin 2026, Tonic Health has taken the opportunity to reflect on the successes and milestones of the past year. The January newsletter looks back at some of the highlights from 2025 while celebrating the people who make our work possible. We would like to thank everyone who supported Tonic Health throughout the year – our beneficiaries, volunteers, staff, partners, and funders – and we look forward to continuing this important work in the year ahead.

Our most recent impact figures highlight the continued reach of Tonic Health’s services across the community. In December 2025, a total of 2,600 attendees took part in activities and sessions delivered by the organisation. Over the course of the month, the team provided 421 hours of delivery, supporting individuals through a range of wellbeing, social, and community programmes. In total, 111 sessions were delivered, welcoming 146 new beneficiaries who accessed Tonic Health’s services for the first time. These figures demonstrate the ongoing demand for supportive, community-led services that help people improve their wellbeing and connect with others.

The newsletter also celebrates the incredible contribution of our volunteers. In January, we were delighted to recognise Arline, one of our dedicated volunteers, through our annual partnership with Room2Reward. Each year, this initiative allows us to thank volunteers for their commitment by offering the opportunity for a complimentary night away.

In 2025, Arline was selected as the recipient in recognition of her long-standing support of the Movement4Memorygroup. Since the programme began, Arline has been a regular and valued volunteer, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment for those living with dementia and their carers. Her dedication and kindness have made a real difference to many people attending the group.

We hope Arline had a wonderful and well-deserved break, and we thank her for the incredible contribution she continues to make to the Tonic Health community.
