The Countdown to Christmas begins:

As 2025 draws to a close, Tonic Health is proud to reflect on another busy and impactful year supporting communities across South Lincolnshire. With the festive season approaching, the December newsletter celebrates the continued growth of our services and the positive difference being made through our wellbeing, youth, and community programmes.

Our latest impact figures demonstrate the scale of engagement across our activities. During November 2025 alone, Tonic Health welcomed 2,788 attendees across our various sessions and initiatives. In total, the team delivered 424 hours of wellbeing and community support, providing opportunities for people of all ages to connect, stay active, and improve their mental and physical wellbeing. Across the month, 112 sessions were delivered, supporting 91 new beneficiarieswho accessed our services for the first time.

A particularly exciting development has taken place at Boston Pescod Hall, where our Youth Hub has recently been enhanced with new equipment designed to make the space even more engaging and welcoming for young people. Thanks to funding from the CAPS programme, we have been able to introduce several new activities, including a Table Top Pac-Man machine, a Legends Ultimate arcade machine, an air hockey table, and an additional pool table. These additions are helping to create a vibrant and inclusive environment where young people can socialise, relax, and build friendships in a safe space.

In addition to the gaming equipment, funding has also enabled the purchase of circus skills equipment, giving young people the chance to try something different while developing coordination, confidence, and teamwork through fun activities.

As we head towards 2026, Tonic Health remains committed to expanding opportunities for people across the region, strengthening community connections, and continuing to provide supportive spaces where everyone can thrive. The team looks forward to building on this momentum and delivering even more positive outcomes in the year ahead.
