You a guaranteed a warm welcome as you enter the building - either a short walk from the town center and bus/train station, or from your car parking space by the building. There are no steps to trip you up, we are all ground floor, and all areas are accessible with wheelchairs, pushchairs and the like. This includes two disabled-friendly toilets.
A dedicated reception team will show organisers to your room and will signpost delegates and visitors through when you are ready. Our fiber broadband is available throughout the building to keep you connected. We have four small rooms which can be used for consultation/therapy, small meetings/hot desk facility. In addition, we have three other larger rooms which can be adjusted to suit your needs and can be used for meetings, training events/workshops and even a party!
We are a charity, and much of our income comes through room hire. Having said that, we will match any like-for-like quote based on room hire where we can. There are no hidden charges, no sales calls, no "contact us for prices" etc. All prices are quoted on our website to make it easier for you to decide and choose. We have the following details available to help you - including some photos, room sizes etc., however it doesn't beat coming to visit and see what we have for yourself. This is an air conditioned meeting/training room with lots of space and privacy. This room has no windows, so it is totally private and can therefore make a great meeting/planning room if you require no distractions!

Suitable for small to medium sized groups, meetings and smaller social events. This room benefits from having the natural light through the main windows at the front of the room. The kitchen is just next door, and there is a serving hatch from the kitchen into the Willows.

We have 4 consultation rooms for Hire at Tonic Health. These can be used for therapy, as an office, a small meeting room etc. All rooms are furnished, clean and tidy, and come with access to the Kitchen and Disabled toilets. Your clients will also be welcomed by our friendly reception staff and seated in our waiting area if required.

Consultation rooms can be hired by the session or the day. A session is either 0900 - 1230 or 1330 - 1700 Monday to Friday. A full day is 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday. Hire of consultation rooms outside of these allotted times may be available by agreement, but there may not be any reception cover. The clinic will not be staffed on Bank Holidays, but may be avaialble to hire, by arrangement.
Regular hirers are individuals/organisations who commit to at least two bookings per month on a rolling monthly basis.

THE HOLBEACH HUB
We are a Youth and Community Hub offering a range of youth and community focused services in the heart of South Holland.

2 Youth Clubs:
- Tuesday Club: 5–11-year old's which runs from 4pm-6pm, where there will be a range of activities such as sports, gaming, arts and crafts.
- Friday Club: 11–17-year old's which runs from 5pm-7pm in the Winter and 6pm-8pm in the Summer, where they can use all of our facilities to their advantage whether that's playing sports in the hall, gaming in the digital den. They can also come in to recreate during their free time that could be to talk to their friends or to do homework.

This is a large open space at the start of the building with tables and chairs, it can house lots of people making it great for interviews or gatherings. With it also has a kitchen alongside it allowing for easy access to food/drinks.

The Conference Room is a secluded room which is very sound proofed which makes it perfect for big meetings/conference calls. The room has a flip chart board and a round table which can sit 6/8 people around it.

The Digital Den offers a range of technology for use, Wii's, PS4 and Xbox 360 with Xbox Series S and VR. There are 4 TVs to use with bean bags, gaming chairs, sofa and a range of games also included within the room.

The Project room houses lots of different machine and tools to use, we have a mug printer press, t-shirt printer press and a kiln with 3D Printer's and a Digital Sewing Machine to come! With desk and table space available within the room also.

The sports hall is a large area which can be used for various different reasons, from parties to indoor sports or even if you need a large open space for your groups/activities! Alongside the sports hall is the viewing area that houses all of the sports equipment but also offers as a sitting area.

TONIC 44 COMMUNITY HUB
We are a Community Hub based in Surfleet, that offer our facilities out to individuals, groups and any other companies that need a space to host their events in. We can be booked for wakes, christenings, birthdays, corporate meetings, activities and groups.
We are wheelchair accessible into the premises and disabled access toilets.
